Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The location was convenient for exploring the area and had easy access to local amenities, although some room aspects were not ideal. The service was mostly excellent with a few minor exceptions. The dining experience had its ups and downs, and the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel is cozy and convenient, located close to the railway station and town center. Rooms were warm and comfortable with minor maintenance issues. The service was satisfactory, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. The dining options catered to various tastes and dietary needs. Overall, a decent choice for a stay in Skipton.
My stay at the hotel was amazing, with comfortable rooms despite a bit of late-night noise from revellers outside. However, the lack of a lift on the second floor was unexpected and could have been clarified when booking due to the heat in the room.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-furnished, but noise from an industrial unit outside disrupted my training for a new job. The service was extremely friendly and informative, creating a comfortable atmosphere, yet the noisy room dampened the experience. The location was ideal for exploring the town, but noise from outside affected my sleep. The dining experience had its flaws with under-seasoned poached eggs, but the varied breakfast selection was appreciated. Overall, a mixed experience.
My stay at the hotel was nice overall. The rooms were fine, and I especially enjoyed the outside courtyard/patio area, which was very pleasant. Despite some traffic noise from being at the front, it was not too bad and far quieter compared to facing the fire station with constant road noise. The service was friendly, although they forgot our drinks once, they were accommodating in storing our bags before check-in and overall helpful and welcoming. The location was excellent, near the town and with the added bonus of a decent-sized car park. The dining experience was lovely, especially when the waiter brought sausage for my dog; it was a nice touch. As for the facilities, they were decent overall.
